Weekly Avos Uvonim Brings Fathers and Sons Together
Avos Uvonim continues to be a steady and meaningful presence at Beis Menachem Chabad Lubavitch, bringing fathers and sons together each week through shared Torah learning.
Currently, 40 fathers and sons participate regularly, setting aside dedicated time to learn together in an atmosphere of warmth, focus, and connection. The program is guided by Rabbi Yoel Niasoff, whose leadership helps create a structure that is both engaging and accessible for participants of different ages and learning backgrounds.
Beyond the learning itself, Avos Uvonim strengthens relationships—between fathers and sons, and among families within the wider community. The consistency of meeting each week builds routine and commitment, while the shared experience fosters conversation, encouragement, and mutual growth.
Avos Uvonim reflects a simple but powerful idea: when learning is shared across generations, it leaves a lasting impact. Through these weekly sessions, Torah becomes not only something that is taught, but something that is lived together.
